Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
30ml Beetroot gin
30ml campari
30ml rosso vermouth
strip orange zest

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the orange zest, in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill the mixture. Strain (removing the ice) into a rocks or short glass containing fresh ice. Squeeze the strip of zest to release its oils, then add it to the glass.
