Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
60ml blanco tequila
20ml lemon juice
30ml grapefruit juice, plus a half-wheel to garnish
20ml Grapefruit syrup
5–6 curry leaves, plus 1 to garnish
soda water

Method

  1. Shake all the ingredients, except the garnishes and soda water, with ice. Pass through a small fine-meshed strainer into a highball or tall glass containing fresh ice. Top with a dash of soda water and stir gently. Garnish with the half-wheel of grapefruit and the curry leaf.
