Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
60ml blended scotch whisky
30ml pomegranate juice
15ml pomegranate molasses
20ml lemon juice
soda water
sprig thyme, to garnish

Method

  1. Shake all the ingredients, except the soda water and thyme, with ice. Pass through a small fine-meshed strainer into a highball or tall glass containing fresh ice. Top with soda water and stir gently. Garnish with the thyme.
