Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/2 kiwi fruit, skin removed, plus an extra slice to garnish
45ml vodka
15ml akvavit
30ml lime juice
20ml Sugar syrup
sprig dill, to garnish

Method

  1. Muddle the kiwi fruit in the bottom of a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients except dill and shake with ice. Pass through a small fine-meshed strainer into a collins or tall glass containing fresh crushed ice. Add the dill and slice of kiwi fruit.
