Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
45ml Pear-infused scotch
15ml amontillado sherry
30ml lemon juice
30ml Ginger syrup
soda water
piece glacé ginger, to garnish

Method

  1. Shake all the ingredients, except the soda water and glacé ginger, with ice. Strain (removing the ice) into a highball or tall glass containing fresh ice. Top with a dash of soda water and stir gently. Garnish with the glacé ginger.
