Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
60ml Tea-infused vodka
juice of 1/2 lime
ginger beer
slice ginger, to garnish
sprig mint, to garnish

Method

  1. Pour the vodka into a tall glass over ice. Add the lime juice and fill with ginger beer. Stir, then garnish with the ginger and mint.
