This is the perfect pool party punch. Unlike the other recipes in this book, it’s one to make in a big batch. This means less time in the kitchen and more time floating in the pool!

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 strawberries, sliced, plus extra to serve
540ml dry rosé
125g raspberries
270ml gin
90ml lemon juice
60ml Sugar syrup
a few sprigs mint, to garnish

Method

  1. Combine the strawberries and rosé in a jar or container and place in the refrigerator to steep overnight. Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of a large pitcher. Strain the rosé over the top, discarding the strawberries. Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup and stir gently. Add ice and some fresh sliced strawberries and mint.
