Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 small chunks pineapple
3 small chunks papaya
1 tablespoon passionfruit pulp, plus a wedge of passionfruit to garnish
60ml cachaça
15ml lime juice
15ml lemon juice
30ml Hibiscus syrup
3 dashes bitters (preferably peychaud's)
daisy to garnish

Method

  1. Muddle the pineapple and papaya in the bottom of a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients, except the garnishes, and shake with ice. Pass through a small fine-meshed strainer into a rocks or short glass containing fresh crushed ice. Garnish with the passionfruit wedge and the daisy.
