Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
45ml bourbon
15ml aperol
30ml lemon juice
30ml Pineapple and tangelo syrup
1–2 teaspoons egg white
2 dashes bitters (preferably angostura)
slice pineapple
half-wheel tangelo
nasturtium flower

Method

  1. Shake all the ingredients, except the fruit slices and flower, without ice to create a foam. Shake again with ice. Pass through a small fine-meshed strainer into a short glass containing fresh ice and add the fruit slices and nasturtium.
