Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500g pears, peeled, cored and finely diced
50g sugar
25ml water
1 teaspoon matcha

Method

  1. Cook the pears with the sugar and water until soft, then allow to cool. Combine the pears (and their juices) with the matcha in a food processor or blender and blitz on high until smooth. The purée can be stored in a jar or bottle in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
