King Cole Bar, St. Regis - New York

  • While the origins of the Bloody Mary are unclear, the King Cole Bar in Manhattan has a better claim to it than most. Although it went under the name of Red Snapper here, the barman Fernand Petiot created the version we are familiar with today by giving the Bloody Mary its characteristic spicy kick.
