"I like whisky sours and had one for the first time last September on the terrace of a lovely, old-fashioned hotel in Catalonia. It was a bit empty and I was watching the sun set on the beautiful waters of the Mediterranean. The fresh softness of the drink, with a twist of danger was just perfect at that precise moment."

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5ml bourbon whisky
2 dashes angostura bitters
1 tablespoon cherry juice
50ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
50ml sugar syrup, (or to taste)

Method

  1. Add the ingredients to an ice-filled shaker. Shake hard and strain into a tumbler full of ice.
