Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
400ml sugar syrup
400ml cold water
300ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
500ml rum
1 bottle cognac
100ml peach brandy
lemon slices, to garnish

Method

  1. Stir the sugar syrup and water together in a large bowl. Add the lemon juice, rum, cognac and peach brandy. Put in the fridge and chill overnight. Freeze a 2 litre block of ice overnight. Place in the punch bowl and pour the punch over it. Garnish with lemon slices.

Note

  • Needs to be prepared the night before.

Girls

  • Inform some attractive girls, from a variety of different social groups, that you will be having a party and ask them to bring their friends. Tell them there will be a fantastic array of cocktails specially made. Name a few in their honour. And tell them that there will be attractive men there. Tell your male friends to bring their own booze.
