Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
75ml pisco
25ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon sugar
1 egg white
dash angostura bitters

Method

  1. Put the Pisco, lime juice, sugar and egg white into a blender and process for 30 seconds or until frothy. Add some ice and process for one minute. Pour into a highball glass and add the bitters to the foam before serving.
