Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon olive oil, for drizzling
50g capers

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a small frying pan over high heat.
  2. Fry the capers for about 1 minute, or until crispy.
  3. Drain on paper towel and season with salt.
