Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
120ml soy sauce
1/2 lime, juiced
1/4 teaspoon caster sugar
1/2 long red chilli, thinly sliced

Method

  1. Combine the soy, lime juice and sugar in a small bowl, mixing until the sugar dissolves. Transfer to individual dipping bowls and add the chilli.
