Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
60ml fish sauce
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 long red chilli, seeded and chopped

Method

  1. Combine the sugar and 60 ml water in a small bowl and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in the fish sauce, garlic and chilli and divide among six dipping bowls.
