Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100ml oyster sauce
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon caster sugar
1/4 teaspoon wasabi paste, or to taste

Method

  1. Combine the oyster sauce, lemon juice and sugar in a small bowl, mixing until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Divide the sauce among six dipping bowls and a small portion of wasabi to each.
