Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
50g roasted unsalted peanuts
40g toasted sesame seeds
caster sugar
2/3 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Pound the peanuts and sesame seeds to crumbs using a mortar and pestle. Stir the sugar and salt through.
  2. Divide among six dipping bowls and serve.
