Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 spring onions
80ml peanut oil

Method

  1. Thinly slice the green part of the spring onions. Set aside the white and pale green ends for use in another dish.
  2. Heat the peanut oil in a frying pan or wok over medium heat. Add the spring onion greens and keep them moving with a wooden spoon for a few seconds. As soon as the spring onion wilts, remove from the pan.
  3. Divide the oil and spring onion among six dipping bowIs.
