Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 red chilli, seeded and chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
50g green papaya, peeled and thinly sliced into 2 cm lengths

Method

  1. Combine the soy sauce, vinegar and lemon juice in a small bowl. Add a pinch of sugar, a pinch of salt and 60 ml water. Whisk to combine.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and divide among six dipping bowls.
