Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons fish sauce
100ml lime juice
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 long red chilli, finely chopped

Method

  1. Combine the fish sauce, lime juice, rice vinegar and sugar in a small bowl. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Add the garlic and chilli and serve in dipping bowls.
