Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
120ml fish sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cm knob ginger, thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 long red chilli, chopped

Method

  1. Combine the fish sauce and sugar in a small bowl. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Add the ginger, garlic and chilli and serve in six dipping bowls.
