Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
pinch sugar
pinch salt
1/2 long red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
50g green papaya, cut into 2 cm pieces

Method

  1. Put the soy sauce, rice vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt and 3 tablespoons of water in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Add the chilli, garlic and papaya and serve in six dipping bowls.
