Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pomegranate seeds removed, from 1 pomegranate
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Method

  1. To make the pomegranate dressing, in a mortar, pound the pomegranate seeds from 1 pomegranate, 1 tablespoon honey, 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger with a pestle. Slowly add the 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, mixing until well combined, then transfer to a bowl and set aside until ready to use. Use as a salad dressing or salsa with grilled meats.
