Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500ml pomegranate juice
1/2 lemon, juiced
pomegranate seeds

Method

  1. Combine 500ml pomegranate and the juice of 1/2 a lemon in a jug. Transfer to an ice-cream machine and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Once done, either place in the freezer until ready to use or transfer immediately to serving bowls or glasses, garnishing with pomegranate seeds.
