Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 lemons
1 red onion, thinly sliced
6 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
Cumin salt

Method

  1. Peel and segment 4 lemons, then place in another bowl with 1 thinly sliced red onion and 6 tablespoons finely chopped flat-leaf parsley. Season with cumin salt and transfer to a serving bowl.
