This easy salsa is full of flavour and is a great side dish for a barbecue.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 avocados, diced
a handful fresh coriander leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
3 tablespoons spring onions, finely chopped
4-5 drops tabasco sauce
or 1/2-1 fresh red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
A pinch sea salt

Method

  1. Gently combine the avocado with the coriander and lemon or lime juice in a bowl, then add the spring onion. Stir in the Tabasco sauce or the chilli. Season with sea salt to taste.
