These delicious beef skewers are prepared with a hot peanut marinade. Soak the wooden skewers in water while the meat is marinating.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4-5 minute steaks
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 teaspoons chilli flakes, or to taste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon water

Method

  1. Cut the meat into 5 cm strips and place snugly in a bowl as you go. Combine everything else for the marinade, and pour it over the meat. Gently fold to coat all the pieces with marinade. Cover and chill for about 2 hours. Next, skewer the meat and quickly grill over hot coals or in a chargrill pan, and then season with a pinch of salt once done.
