It doesn’t get any easier than this! And the citrusy yoghurt is simply delectable on raspberries, blueberries or strawberries; or merely on its own, chilled in small glasses and served with almond biscotti or a wafer.

Ingredients

Method

  1. With lemon: combine 300 g thick Greek yoghurt with about 4-5 tablespoons sifted icing sugar and the finely grated zest of 1 well-washed organic lemon.
  2. With lime: combine 300 g thick Greek yoghurt with about 4-5 tablespoons sifted icing sugar and the finely grated zest of 1-2 well-washed limes. Add extra sugar if needed, to taste.
  3. With orange: combine 300 g thick Greek yoghurt with about 4-5 tablespoons sifted icing sugar and the finely grated zest of 1 well-washed organic orange.
