Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, finely grated
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon grated palm sugar
2 tablespoons sunflower oil

Method

  1. Combine everything in a bowl, and let stand for 5-10 minutes to infuse. Trickle the ginger and lime dressing over crispy salad greens.
