Serve these nice little nibbles, either as finger food at a party or as part of a picnic basket.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Spread a soft mixture of room temperature Philadelphia cream cheese and some freshly grated horseradish (or store-bought prepared horseradish) on soft unleavened flatbread. Cover with a layer of wafer-thin slices of cold smoked salmon or smoked turkey. Roll tightly into thin rolls, wrap them in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
  2. Slice the rolls into 3 cm thick pinwheels and arrange on a serving platter garnished with a bit of watercress or fresh parsley.
