Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
300g thick greek yoghurt
3 tablespoons mango chutney
pinch sea salt
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder, to taste
or 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and season with a touch of salt. Great with chicken, fish or barbecued meat. Also a very tasty dip for carrot sticks and other crudités.

Variation

  • Replace the chilli powder or cayenne pepper with 1½ teaspoons curry powder, or to taste. Delicious!
