Ingredients

Method

  1. Breakfast mix: toast equal parts sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds in a dry frying pan. Leave to cool on a plate and then combine with 1 part whole linseeds, roughly chopped dried apricots or figs, and some raisins or sultanas. Store in an airtight jar. Delicious sprinkled on natural yoghurt or a fruit salad.
  2. Salad mix: toast equal parts unpeeled sesame seeds, peeled sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds in a dry frying pan. Stir in a pinch of crumbled sea salt flakes, let cool on a plate and store in an airtight jar. Perfect for leafy green salads or crudités.
