Try this refreshing little side salad with an Indian curry or tandoori chicken. Delicious!

Ingredients

Method

  1. Finely chop 2 large tomatoes. Peel and finely chop ½ cucumber and 1 medium red onion. Deseed and finely slice 1 fresh green chilli. Place everything in a small serving bowl and squeeze the juice of 1 lime on top. Add a handful of chopped fresh coriander leaves. Combine everything and season with sea salt. Variation: Add ½ teaspoon ground cumin.
