Stine’s Scandinavian roots can be seen in her beautiful handmade and natural ceramics. Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g butter
60g soft brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method

  1. Beat the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl (you can use an electric mixer, but it’s not necessary), until smooth and creamy.
  2. This will keep for 6 months (possibly more) in the fridge.
