Millet flakes make a lovely, smooth porridge. But the real game changer in this bowl is Jonny’s Maple Butter drizzled on top and finished with a handful of freshly chopped pear and pumpkin seeds.

200g millet flakes
250ml milk
250ml water

Topping

Quantity Ingredient
Mountain muesli
diced pear
pumpkin seeds
1 Maple butter

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients for the porridge in a pan and cook over a medium heat for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Spoon into bowls and serve topped with a drizzle of Maple Butter, diced pear and a sprinkling of pumpkin seeds.
