Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
300g mixed ripe raspberries and blackberries
1 lemon, juiced
100g caster sugar
mascarpone, to serve (optional)

Method

  1. Put the berries into a non-reactive bowl and sprinkle with the lemon juice and sugar. Mix very carefully and gently to amalgamate.
  2. Serve the berries with mascarpone if you like.
