Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 slices tuscan or good country bread
1 garlic clove
6 tablespoons tuscan extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper

Method

  1. Toast the bread on both sides, then gently rub with the garlic. Drizzle over the olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and eat warm.
