Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over a baking tray and toast for 8–10 minutes, or until golden. If toasting black sesame seeds, toast them for 7–8 minutes, or until they smell nutty. Remove the seeds from the tray and cool.
