Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
125ml light soy sauce
60ml clear rice vinegar
2 tablespoons caster sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons ginger, finely shredded

Method

  1. Combine the soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a bowl, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Add the ginger and stir to combine, then cover and set aside for 30 minutes for the flavours to develop.
