Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
400g frozen, salted mustard greens, thawed and rinsed
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
350g frozen, peeled edamame, thawed
250ml Chicken stock
or 250ml water
1 teaspoon sugar

Method

  1. Squeeze the salted mustard greens to remove as much liquid as possible, then set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok over a medium–high heat, then add the edamame and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, or until starting to soften. Add the vegetables, stock and sugar and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes, or until most of the liquid has evaporated — the edamame will remain a little firm. Serve hot or at room temperature.
