Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
300g snow pea sprouts
60ml Chicken stock

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over a medium–high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Add the snow pea sprouts and stir-fry for another minute, or until the sprouts start to wilt. Add the stock and bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 2–3 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced and coats the sprouts. Cool to room temperature and serve.
