You can buy garlic paste, but it’s easy to make your own. Make the paste in batches and freeze it in ice-cube trays.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
200g garlic cloves, peeled
sunflower oil

Method

  1. Place the peeled garlic in a food processor and blend with enough sunflower oil to make a smooth, lump-free paste.
