Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 quantity Bruschetta
1 quantity Marinated fire-roasted peppers with anchovies
1 large buffalo mozzarella, sliced
torn basil leaves, to garnish
extra virgin olive oil
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Top each bruschetta with some roasted peppers and a slice of mozzarella.
  2. Garnish with a few basil leaves, add a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange on platters and serve.
