This dipping sauce is usually served with rice paper rolls, but I also love it with the Best ever crispy roast pork belly!

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
125ml hoisin sauce
60ml rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup toasted cashew nuts, finely ground

Method

  1. Combine the hoisin and vinegar and mix well. Stir in the ground cashews.
  2. If the sauce is very thick, thin it out with a little water.
  3. Serve drizzled over dishes, or in a sauce dish on the side. This sauce will keep for at least a week – but you’ll probably use it all before then anyway!
