Horseradish is a traditional accompaniment for beef.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
20g fresh or prepared horseradish
200g creme fraiche
salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. If using fresh horseradish, finely grate it.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the crème fraîche and horseradish. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
