The little bullet chillies we get in Australia are searingly hot, but when they are diffused through the vodka, an earthy, capsicum sweetness becomes apparent alongside the heat. This vodka is very versatile for making cocktails.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 red bullet chilli
700ml bottle luksusowa vodka

Method

  1. Slice the chilli in half lengthwise keeping the stem intact. Place into the bottle of vodka, with the seeds. Close the bottle and wait at least 1 day, preferably over 1 week before using. The vodka will be usable after a day, and over 90 per cent of the finished flavour is achieved, but the flavour does deepen and become more complex over the course of a week or two.
