Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
40ml white rum
20ml see method for ingredients, using strawberry variation
80ml brut champagne, (or dry sparkling wine)
brined olives, to garnish
or a twist lemon peel, to garnish

Method

  1. Put the first two ingredients into a mixing glass, add plenty of cubed ice and stir gently until the drink is very cold. Strain into a chilled glass, top with Champagne and add the garnish.

Note

  • Tastes refreshing, a little sweet and sour.

Note

  • This is best served in a champagne flute glass.
