Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
60ml rye whiskey, (preferably a good peppery one like Sazerac)
2 teaspoons creme de noyaux, (or amaretto)
1 teaspoon kina l’aero d’or, (or Cocchi Americano)
3 rose petals, to garnish

Method

  1. Put the ingredients into a mixing glass, add plenty of cubed ice and stir gently until the drink is very cold. Strain into a chilled glass full of fresh cubed ice and float the garnish on top.

Note

  • Tastes strong, nutty and a little sweet.

Note

  • This is best served in a champagne coupe glass.
